We need a relationship-driven person who is detail oriented and relentless with driving customer success and building relationships. You must be experienced in a similar role at a digital marketing agency with speaking to clients daily and maintaining accounts. We can teach you our processes but are not able to teach you how digital marketing role works in general so that background would be very helpful to ensure your success here.
Looking to hire a customer success / account manager who will onboard new clients and manage all existing clients with good energy, customer first attitude, and strong attention to detail and English language skills.
1. ONBOARDING OF NEW CLIENTS: Manage the onboarding process for each new client from beginning to end (ads successfully launched and client/our team is informed after you verify everything is done properly and on time). We have a separate Virtual Assistant and a media buying team who do the data entry and ad account setup. Your role would be to be the company point of contact (POC) with each new and existing client. You will conduct onboarding calls via Zoom and ensure that we have gathered all necessary information for each new client after the sales hand-off during onboarding calls via Zoom with each new customer.
2. RETENTION OF EXISTING CLIENTS: You will be responsible for setting up regular account management meetings with each customer every month to review their recent appointments and their successes as well as take feedback from each customer in these meetings to improve lead and appointment quality. All existing customers will require monthly follow up meetings.
3. ONGOING CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS: You will be responsible for reading and replying to all messages from new and existing customers. Clients expect timely replies during our EST (NEW YORK) business hours.

– Must have prior experience as an account manager or conducting client onboardings via Zoom with US customers.
– Must be VERY detail oriented and outgoing to establish rapport with new and existing clients.
– Must be polite, but firm, if clients try to break their contract early and be able to find a solution to retain clients.
– Must have prior experience working in the Go High Level (GHL) CRM system.
– Setting up and Maintaining Standard Operating Processes (SOP), and ongoing client maintenance is also important for us.
This position is offered as both part-time and full-time hours. Currently, we prefer full-time work for the right person as the client list grows.
