CUSTOMER SUCCESS AGENT/COLD CALLER

We are a US marketing company that provides clients with full web design, social media management, email marketing, and graphic design services and we are in search of an experienced and dedicated Customer Success Agent to join our vibrant team. The primary responsibility for this role involves being our lead point of contact for customer interactions, aiming to satisfy our clients’ needs and requests while also achieving our company’s sales goals. This role carries notable responsibilities, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
Generate leads to meet and exceed sales goals through cold calling
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports concerning sales activities.
Understand and promote company programs.
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records through a CRM system

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales with a focus on digital products or services
Excellent level of English. You don’t have to be an English lecturer, but you should at least be excellent at spelling and grammar
Background in digital marketing is a must
A solid understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and external partners.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency using computers for various tasks
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote position.
Dependable cell phone service for regular communication
Reliable and committed to meeting sales goals.
Can meet deadlines and have excellent communication with fast responsiveness.
