Develop a deep understanding of our website, SEO, and PPC services to provide accurate information and assistance to clients.
Proactively reach out to clients to ensure they are getting the most out of our offerings and address any potential issues or challenges they may encounter.
Collaborate with internal teams, including web developers, SEO specialists, and PPC experts, to resolve complex client issues and escalate when necessary.
Strive to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention for our digital marketing services.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Provide regular feedback to the team on customer trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement in our website, SEO, and PPC services.
Requirements:
Exceptional English language skills (both written and verbal) with a proven track record of achieving a 10/10 rating.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the digital marketing industry or related fields.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating patience and persistence in resolving issues related to websites, SEO, and PPC.
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating various software and CRM tools.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Strong willingness to learn about our website development, SEO, and PPC services, and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
