VA Role: Customer Success and Onboarding Specialist

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
1. Customer Service Calls:
– Handle inbound customer service calls promptly and professionally.
– Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
– Provide product or service information and guidance to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. 1099 Worker Onboarding:
– Manage the onboarding process for 1099 workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into our work ecosystem.
– Communicate with contractors to collect necessary documentation, facilitate training, and address any onboarding-related queries.
– Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Cold Text/Email Business Outreach:
– Conduct proactive outreach to potential business partners and clients through cold texts and emails.
– Craft compelling messages to generate interest, initiate conversations, and establish connections.
– Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
– Previous experience in customer service and onboarding roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
– Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Familiarity with 1099 worker onboarding processes and regulations is a plus.
– Proven experience in successful business outreach and relationship building.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software and communication tools.
