The CSM is responsible for assisting in the build out of marketing campaigns in so far as enriching lists with profile information, website data and contact-specific info to personalize campaigns (via API) and setup mail merge (also via API) into the marketing campaign management system so the emails can be sent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Success Management:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for our e-commerce clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing proactive solutions.
– Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify upsell opportunities and potential churn risks.
2. Email Communication & Lead Generation:
– Execute cold email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
– Develop and implement strategies for effective email communication that adheres to best practices and achieves high engagement rates.
– Track and report on the performance of email campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
3. Technical Skills & API Integration:
– Utilize and similar tools for email marketing and lead generation.
– Understand and work with JSON and XML formats to create and manage API integrations.
– Perform basic coding to handle codes generated from API, ensuring seamless functionality and data exchange.
4. Communication & Documentation:
– Craft clear, concise, and grammatically correct written communications for emails, reports, and client interactions.
– Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, technical processes, and campaign performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience:
– Proven experience in a technical delivery customer success role, preferably within SAAS or e-commerce sector.
– Hands-on experience with email marketing and lead generation, particularly through cold email strategies.
2. Technical Skills:
– Proficiency with and similar lead gen/scraping platforms.
– Familiarity with and understanding of JSON and XML formats.
– Ability to perform basic coding and manage API integrations effectively.
– Previous experience with no-code API models (such as ).
3. Communication Skills:
– Exceptional written English communication skills with impeccable grammar.
– Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Additional Requirements:
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Work schedule: 9AM-6PM EST
