Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be expected to assist in surveying customers, collecting feedback, testimonials, and scheduling interviews with customers. You will also engage with customers on Facebook, Slack, WhatsApp, and other platforms to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct surveys to gather feedback from customers on our products and services.
2. Assist in serving customers by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
3. Collect testimonials and success stories from satisfied customers.
4. Schedule interviews with customers to gather feedback and insights.
5. Engage with customers on social media platforms like Facebook, Slack, and WhatsApp groups.
6. Collect feedback from customers and work with the production team to improve our products and services.
7. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement.
8. Create and maintain customer support documentation, such as FAQs and tutorials.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Slack, and WhatsApp
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Must be fluent in English, BONUS if also fluent in Spanish
– Must be willing to work in Mountain Standard Time (8:00 AM MST – 4:00 PM MST)
– Job is a FULL time position
