Customer Success Associates are responsible for all things relating to helping our customers through the order process, and are part of the Customer Success Team. In our business, this means working externally with customers while working internally with marketing, sales, design, and fulfillment teams to help customers make their orders successful.

The Customer Success Team is on the front line and first to interact with our customers. Your job will consist of helping answer general questions from customers, providing quotes, finding products and stock, coordinating licensing of designs with colleges/organizations, helping customers get their orders on time, and all other inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a member of the Customer Success Team, you will be given complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys new challenges daily, is customer-obsessed, and can problem solve quickly and analytically.
By doing so, you will be contributing towards converting opportunities into closed business for Threadly. This is your #1 goal.

Daily operations can change quickly as is expected with a high-growth company. Currently, the job responsibilities include:

Work alongside customers to ensure they have an amazing experience and successful order every time through our platform.
Manage communications related to orders with customers
Provide Price Quotes while driving profit margins
Help customers source Products/Product Options and options that meet their budget and time line.
Coordinate with the design and licensing teams to ensure compliance within our designs and products.
Answer logistical questions for Customers, Campus Managers, printers, and wholesalers.
Help customers understand how to use our web app and technology.
Communicate with Vendors/Clients/Printers to resolve orders’ issues.
Work on special projects and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Operating Hours

8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST (9-hour shift within this time, schedule depends on volume)
