POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a highly efficient Customer Success Executive to manage all live selling activities and administrative tasks, such as recording sales, ensuring all deals are closed and paid by the customer, and following up as needed. This role is crucial in optimizing live selling processes, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting the company’s goal of delivering outstanding customer experiences.

OBJECTIVES
– Manage live selling activities daily, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for customers.
– Record sales accurately and promptly in the company’s systems.
– Follow up on all closed deals to ensure payments are made within the specified timeframe.
– Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
– Monitor customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
– Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure product availability during live selling events.
– Align expectations and performance based on the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
– Assist in all marketing activities

– Skilled in managing customer databases and company databases through proper data and records management.
– Initiative to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and set daily goals and objectives.
– Experience in managing and aligning performance to the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
– Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
– Highly skilled in fulfilling and documenting orders systematically in an efficient and timely manner.
– Possesses excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
– Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
– Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills along with strong analytical skills.
– Has a strong background in working in a collaborative team environment.
– Able to work from Tuesday to Saturday 4AM to 1PM and Sunday 6AM to 12NN

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related area of study, or equivalent work experience.
– Substantial experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., HubSpot)
– Substantial experience with E-commerce such as Shopify, eBay, Google, and Amazon marketplaces.
– Experience in managing system integration projects or tasks is a plus but not required.
