Responsibilities:

– Develop and help build an effective training program for customers, to ensure high usage of software.
– Improve customer implementation process.
– Provide & develop comprehensive training to customers on the effective usage of our system to ensure optimal results.
– Monitor and analyze customer usage trends, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
– Keep a close eye on each customer’s system usage, promptly addressing any decline in usage levels.
– Act as the primary point of contact for customers, establishing strong communication and building lasting relationships.
– Collaborate with customers to address their concerns, answer questions, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
– Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and usage patterns.
– Submit tickets for technical issues and work closely with the technical team to ensure prompt resolution.
– Engage in discussions with the Product team to share customer feedback and advocate for new features or improvements.
– Foster a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively convey their value to customers.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in software customer success, account management, or related roles is preferred.
– Previous experience in operational workflow development.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
– Strong analytical abilities to track and interpret customer usage data.
– Proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership of customer relationships.
– Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
– Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
– High level of empathy and the ability to empathize with customer challenges.
– A genuine interest in technology solutions and their impact on customer success.
