Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated bilingual Account Manager to join our team in Colombia. As our Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our international clients. Your proficiency in English will be essential in effectively communicating with our diverse client base. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and an enthusiasm for going above and beyond for clients.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

– Help onboard clients and answer any questions that they have.
– Serve as our client’s primary point of contact, understanding their needs and building long-lasting relationships.
– Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

– Work closely with internal teams, including legal and operations, to facilitate the seamless delivery of services to clients.
– Coordinate with the team to address client concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
– Provide valuable feedback to internal stakeholders on client needs and strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

College degree preferred but not required
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in a B2C environment.
A history of exceptional customer relationship experience

Bilingual Skills:

Fluent (C1) in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Relationship Management Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.

Customer Focus:

Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience.
Ability to understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to meet their requirements.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Fantastic organizational skills using tools including Gmail, Asana, and messaging apps.
