Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Kalicube, you will be responsible for implementing internal processes related to Brand SERP and Knowledge Panels, ensuring high client satisfaction and operational efficiency while focusing on accuracy and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client email communications using the Kalicube’s voice (writing style) and be seen as an expert in the eyes of clients.
Onboard new clients and research their entities to populate fundamental facts with precision.
Create and manage corroboration lists for clients and ensure accurate information and detailed records.
Conduct weekly client sanity checks, classify pages and update corroboration lists with meticulous attention to detail.
Expand entity footprints, develop and implement strategic plans with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
Perform client-specific tasks according to client needs, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
Drive process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency and client satisfaction.

Skills and Traits:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
Excellent written skills for client email communications.
Excellent verbal communication for conducting effective video calls.
Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset.
Extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Adaptable and able to navigate a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Familiarity with Google Knowledge Panels and Brand SERP is a plus.

What Kalicube Offers:
Work Arrangement: 100% remote, 40 hours a week
Starting Salary: €80/week, paid weekly

Salary Review: After 3 months subject for salary increase
Paid Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation after 12 months
Bonus: 13th-month bonus, prorated
