Job Brief:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key link between our sales manager and our valued dealers, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and nurturing positive relationships. Core Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibilities will involve handling inbound/outbound calls to set appointments and answer basic product inquiries, along with supporting our sales manager by engaging with existing dealers and reaching out to potential ones. Your duties will also include scheduling meetings, managing wholesaler data, maintaining trackers, processing invoices, managing bulk orders, organizing the Sales Manager’s calendar, emails, and tracker, and promptly responding to emails. You’ll represent our company, champion our brand, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Customer Success Manager Responsibilities Include:
• Handling inbound/outbound calls to set appointments and answer basic product inquiries
• Reaching out to existing dealers about our updated catalogue
• Contacting potential dealers to expand our network
• Scheduling meetings with the Sales Manager and organizing their calendar
• Organizing wholesaler data and maintaining trackers
• Handling invoice processing and bulk order management
• Providing professional and timely email responses, including managing the Sales Manager’s emails
• Upholding our brand value through positive customer interactions
Requirements and Skills:
• Ability to communicate authentically, avoiding scripted interactions
• Experience in promoting brand value through customer experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in relevant technical skills
• Accountability and personal organization are essential
• Availability to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, MST
Pay: Starting rate of $6 per hour
