Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and oversee our customer service operations.

As our Customer Success Manager at Access Insurance Underwriting, LLC, you will play a critical role in managing our PH Support Operations teams and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling service escalations, reviewing KPIs, and driving process improvements through automation and training. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while making a significant impact on our customer service quality.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a Customer Success Manager or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.

– Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and KPI analysis.
– Experience with customer support software and ticketing systems.
– Expertise in resolving customer issues and preventing escalations.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
– Commitment to maintaining high service quality standards and continuous improvement.
– Fluency in English is a MUST. Someone who is very comfortable in talking to US people.
