Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships through effective communication and management. This role involves coordinating with team leads, documenting tasks and requests, and ensuring that client needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for client communication via email and Slack.
Ensure client requests and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
Coordinate with team leads to communicate updates and relay client feedback.
Document tasks and requests in the project management software.
Monitor project progress and keep clients informed of status updates.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
Provide feedback to the management team on client interactions and service improvements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with project management software and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
