Customer Implementation and Success Manager
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for clients? ReferPro is seeking a dedicated Customer Implementation and Success Manager to join our dynamic team remotely based in the Philippines. As a key member of our customer success team, you’ll play a crucial role in onboarding new customers and providing ongoing support to ensure their success with our platform.
Responsibilities:
-Onboard new customers by guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
-Proactively identify and address customer needs, offering personalized solutions and recommendations to maximize their utilization of ReferPro’s services.
-Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and product enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
-Manage customer accounts, including updating account information, processing billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
-Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals and objectives using ReferPro’s platform.
-Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive offerings to effectively position ReferPro’s solutions and deliver value to our customers.
Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
-Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate software applications.
-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-A positive attitude, enthusiasm for helping customers succeed, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
-Availability to work remotely with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend hours as needed to support customer needs.
