Job Description:
Your role as a Customer Success Manager is to support the Kalicube Pro Team in performing their internal processes. As a team member, you will be given tasks related to Brand SERP and Knowledge Panels. You will also be assigned to do some experiments related to entity management.

Tasks:

1. Client email communications
– Training on how to use the Kalicube voice and be seen as an expert in the client’s eyes

2. Onboarding clients to the Kalicube Pro platform
– Researching on the client’s entity to populate fundamental facts in Kalicube Pro for disambiguation

3. Creating corroboration lists for clients
– This process will be explained further once hired

4. Weekly client sanity checks (classifying pages and updating corroboration lists)
– This process will be explained further once hired

5. Entity footprint expansions
– This process will be explained further once hired

6. Completing custom tasks depending on a client’s need

Key Responsibilities:
– Proficient in written communication, including composing clear and concise emails.
– Skilled in verbal communication, able to conduct effective and empathetic video calls.
– Demonstrates the ability to think laterally and adapt communication styles to meet the needs and expectations of diverse individuals.
– Shows empathy and understanding by effectively perceiving and responding to the needs and concerns of others.
– Adapts communication approach to meet the unique perspectives and backgrounds of different individuals.

– Familiarity on Google Knowledge Panels and Band SERP

Work Arrangement: 100% remote, 40 hours a week
Starting Salary: €80/week, paid weekly

Salary Review: Twice a year performance evaluation (June and October)
