As a Customer Success Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers are successful in achieving their business objectives by utilizing our products or services. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. You will also work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to provide valuable feedback from customers and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, guidance, and advice.
Proactively identify and address customer needs and provide solutions to their problems.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their progress and ensure that they are satisfied with our products or services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product to ensure customer needs are met.
Identify and track key metrics to measure customer success and use data to inform decisions and recommendations.
Conduct product demos and training sessions for customers to ensure they are utilizing our products or services effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers.

THE VA WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop solutions for customers.
Experience working with customer success software such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Totango.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with SaaS products or technology is a plus.

You will be involved with content production, including editing. The work will run for 3 months.
You need to work during UK office hours (preferrably 8 am to 5 pm GMT).

OUR COMPANY PAY AND BENEFITS
Starting pay rate: attractive PHP rates per hour
You will get paid on the same day as your start every week via Transferwise
Bonuses will be paid for exception work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff member
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata) once the first full year of service has been completed
