Requirements:
— Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level at least)
— Previous experience in IT industry;
— Previous experience doing demos for clients; on-boarding experience is a plus
— Passion about your role and contribution to the company vision;
— Positive attitude towards customers, company, and colleagues;

— Exceptional communication skills and ability to carefully listen;
— Professionalism and tact — hold yourself to high standards;

— Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms;
— You should be a well-organized person, who it’s easy to rely on
—Familiarity with SAP Sales Cloud or other CRM platform would be an asset.
— Willingness to work within the Canadian time zone.
Responsibilities:
— Gathering all the information for the implementation from the clients who just signed up;
— Onboarding process for the new clients assigned to a manager;
conducting trainings for the assigned clients;
— Forwarding clients’ requests to the technical team;
— Making sure that all the requests are fulfilled in a timely manner;
— Following clients up in order to make sure that they are actively using the system and do not have any pending questions/issues/requests;
— Conducting refresher trainings for the assigned clients.
