Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our customer success team.

The primary responsibility of this role will be:

– Understanding and continually monitoring the performance of all client’s Marketing Campaigns
– Notifying their direct report of any large changes in campaign performance
– Manually creating and sending monthly client marketing performance reports
– Responding to client support requests and assigning them to the relevant team members
– Arranging monthly client Zoom meetings
– Participating in client Zooms

Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, be able to learn new programs quickly and have a strong command of the English language. They will need to be confident enough to communicate on Zoom (with the camera on) and answer basic support questions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

– Client management/customer service
– Online Marketing programs such as Google Ads, Google Analytics
– Entry level knowledge of how Google Search works
– WordPress and making basic website changes on various website programs (adding basic content etc)
– Report or document creation via Canva, Google Data Studio
– Basic CRM experience (ideally with Hubspot)

Responsibilities:

– Monitoring client campaign performance against set benchmarks and taking ownership over the process of ensuring that our marketing team receive the right updates at the right time
– Create monthly marketing performance reports for clients and our marketing team, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
– Setting up monthly marketing meetings with clients and taking notes, action items from meeting notes
– Conduct data entry tasks, such as inputting client information and updating databases, using Microsoft Excel
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks
– Maintain records of completed tasks and ensure the confidentiality of client information
– Continuously improve data management and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
-Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

– Qualifications in marketing, business or a relevant field
– Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills
– Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and processes
– Familiarity with marketing concepts and performance metrics is a plus
– Must be able to communicate confidently (including on Zoom with the camera on)

This is a remote position, and the candidate must have access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Manager.
