Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing internal resources and steering marketing strategy
– Communicate timing, deliverables, and project status to clients and internal team members
– Develop status reports in collaboration with specialists and ensure timely completion for client review
– Coordinate tasks, priorities, deliverables, and timelines with internal and client stakeholders
– Nurture client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure flawless communication and campaign delivery
– Lead and schedule project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews
– Own account performance and take a forward-thinking approach to meet client objectives
– Onboard new clients, ensuring a clear understanding of executed steps and expectations for the ongoing client relationship

Requirements:

1. **Educational Background:**
– Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
– Additional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly valued.

2. **Proven Account Management Expertise:**
– Demonstrated success in managing client accounts and fostering enduring client relationships.
– A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in account management, particularly within project-centric environments.

3. **Financial Proficiency:**
– Possesses a solid understanding of budgeting and effective cost management.
– Experience in financial forecasting, variance analysis, and managing profit and loss statements.

4. **Team Collaboration Skills:**
– Exhibits strong leadership qualities, motivating cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
– Adept at promoting collaboration, communication, and teamwork.

5. **Risk Mitigation Abilities:**
– Proficient in identifying potential project risks and implementing strategic plans to mitigate them.
– Skilled in creating contingency measures to ensure project success despite unforeseen challenges.

6. **Clear Communication Skills:**
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. **Technology Competence:**
– Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as ClickUp, Asana and/or Trello
– Comfortable navigating various business software and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Search Console, and Social Media Platforms

8. **Problem-solving and Decision-making Aptitude:**
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.

9. **Adaptability and Flexibility:**
– Can adapt to evolving project requirements and shifting priorities.
– Flexible in managing tasks within dynamic and fast-paced environments.

10. **Client-Centric Approach:**
– Possesses a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
– Able to anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns.
