Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is committed to providing exceptional support across various channels???email, phone, social media, and website chat. This role requires flexibility to work within US business hours (8 AM – 8 PM EST) to best serve our customers’ needs across all time zones in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer support across multiple channels, ensuring prompt, accurate, and empathetic customer service.
Understand our services and app thoroughly to resolve technical issues swiftly or escalate them appropriately.
Proactively identify trends and issues in customer interactions, product feedback, or website usage, and raise them for timely resolution.
Prepare detailed weekly reports on customer support status, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Manage customer support cases to ensure high satisfaction, documenting all interactions to build a comprehensive knowledge base for self-service solutions.
Support users throughout all phases of their journey, from pre-purchase inquiries to the resolution of post-purchase concerns.
About You:
Excellent English communication skills, capable of effectively managing interactions across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in customer behavior and technical issues.
Dedicated to supporting women going through significant health and mental challenges, contributing to their well-being through your role.
Able to work independently with a high degree of responsibility in a fully remote environment.
