Genie Academy is an after-school program based in New Jersey USA. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail & customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all students are learning, classes are being taught correctly, identifying and fixing problems for students, onboarding parents, and resolving their issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for ensuring the success of our students.
Responsibilities:
– Onboard new customers and ensure they have a smooth transition into our classes.
– Onboarding, 30/120/365-day check-in calls.
– Educate customers on our features and benefits, providing guidance on how to maximize their value
– Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
– Ensure student data is accurate. Exams are uploaded, books are closed and up-to-date in our systems
– Ensure all students are getting their 90-120 day conferences.
– Review Class records to identify issues and fix them.
– Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
– BPO experience is a plus.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Familiarity with customer success tools, such as CRM systems and customer feedback software
– Self-starter, Self-motivated, Independent. Will get the job done.
– Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships
