Job Title: Customer Success + Implementation Representative
Job Overview:
As a Customer Success + Implementation Representative at Clay, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Drawing on your strong technical product knowledge and excellent communication skills, you will assist existing customers with technical inquiries related to Clay’s products. You’ll also be responsible for creating tailored content to enhance customers’ workflows and nurturing Clay’s growing user community. Your role will be dynamic and versatile, requiring resourcefulness, agility, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
Core Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly to customer support tickets via chat.
– Help debug automation workflows
Ideal Candidate:
– We’re looking for software engineers who are interested in a customer success role. Clay can be a complicated tool, so ideally we’d like to hire someone with experience with engineering and similar tools.
Nice-to-Have Experience/Tools:
– Engineering
– Marketing automation
– CRMs (Hubspot or Salesforce)
– Email Sequencers (Instantly, , etc)
Must-Have Skills:
– Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Background in engineering (Software engineering is great, but any other engineering field works) + Customer Service Experience
– Business Development Representative (BDR) experience
– Coding abilities.
– Familiarity with AI tools.
– Knowledge of sales and prospecting tools.
– Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Availability: Full-Time (40 hrs/week, 160 hrs/month)
Schedule: TDB
– A regular daytime schedule will accommodate an alternate work schedule to respond to clients more quickly.
Years of Field Experience Required: 3+ years in a related field or scope of work.
