We are looking for someone who has great ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS and a great sense of QUICK LEARNING / ADAPTABILITY.
This job involves:
– Answering Phone Calls (Questions, Taking Client Details, Booking Clients, Etc)
– Answering Emails (Questions, Taking Client Details, Booking Clients, Etc)
– Using, understanding and working with JOBBER (Our CRM.)
– Speaking with clients about bookings, reminders, and job details
– Helping the Sales Manager or Production Manager with various tasks.

You need to be a FANTASTIC English Speaker. (Both OVER the Phone and in Email)
