Responsibilities:
*Initiate and manage interactions with leads across various channels, including calls, emails, and texts, ensuring persistent communication over days and weeks to maximize outreach and connection.
*Skillfully multitask and manage our lead pipeline, utilizing your 5-10 years of experience to expertly prioritize and follow through on all tasks.
*Take charge of our CRM system, ensuring it’s up-to-date and maintained in real-time, contributing to our streamlined operations.
*Display a positive and friendly demeanor while handling challenging situations with professionalism, and finding solutions that exceed customer expectations.
*Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a strong team spirit and contributing to our collective success.
*Harness your problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns, leaving a lasting positive impact.
*Manage up to 4 email accounts with precision, demonstrating your ability to stay organized and responsive.
*Display an energetic and enthusiastic approach when interacting with customers, showcasing your passion for delivering exceptional service.
*Listen with empathy and patience, demonstrating your dedication to understanding and addressing customer needs.

Requirements:
*Proven track record with 5-10 years of experience in customer service, receptionist, or similar roles.
*Proficiency in initiating and managing lead communication through calls, emails, and texts, maintaining engagement over extended periods.
*Expert multitasking abilities and adeptness in prioritizing tasks, ensuring no ball is ever dropped.
*Strong familiarity with CRM systems, enabling real-time updates and efficient management.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Problem-solving aptitude to handle diverse customer inquiries and challenges.
*Positive attitude and a friendly disposition, contributing to a welcoming customer experience.
*An enthusiastic and energetic approach to customer interactions, leaving a memorable impression.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing effectively to shared goals.
*Capable of managing 4 email accounts concurrently, showcasing your organizational prowess.
*Experience with generating, following, and managing leads, translating prospects into valued customers.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
