POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating prospective client leads that are looking for property management services. This position is critical to our success and 2022 growth goals. You must be a top-performing telephone rockstar who is able to handle objections, get past gatekeepers, and showcase the value of our services. This position is mostly outbound prospecting – Lead Generation and some Inbound calling as directed by the Business Development Manager. You must be comfortable converting mining leads online and qualify them to be a valid “Hot Lead” and schedule them to speak to your Business Development Manager for closing in a professional sales manner. You must have impeccable English with little to no accent. You will be responsible for maintaining leads in our CRM, following up with leads, and most importantly following the process.

You will build relationships and understand customer needs in order to provide appropriate solutions in a fast-paced and innovative working environment. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers and utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to prospective clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Mine and qualify leads taken from web(any platforms)
Prospect for leads via phone, email, text messaging, and social media
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
Assist in the development of video blogs (you must be comfortable with being on camera)
QUALIFICATIONS
–1 – 3 years of sales telemarketing experience in real estate or solutions selling environment.
–Experience with lead generation and marketing automation software.
–Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
–Must be experienced with negotiation, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
–Show a proven track record of achieving sales and lead gen quotas.
–Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline
–Proficiency in Zoho Apps is preferred but not required
–Experience with RingCentral, Mojo Dialer is a plus
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM EST
PAY RATE
–Training Hourly Rate is $2.50 per hour
–Regular Hourly Rate is $2.75 per hour
–You will be paid $1.00 per lead personally generated/mined and an additional $10 when client signs a contract
–Unlimited Commission
–Weekly Payout
