Seller Fuel is looking to hire a Customer Success Representative to serves as the front line to our external Customer primary responsibility will be to provide professional, timely, and complete sales and support services to all existing online Success Representative will provide Customer-specific sales building solutions by leveraging Customer Relations Management insights or reviews and effectively overcome selling objections, and provide resolution to customer inquiries and issues. Additionally, the CSR should be a skilled communicator with the ability to unlock and understand the business needs of potential Customers, translate product features into benefits.
Customer Success Representative Job Responsibilities
DAILY TASKS – AMAZON:
Monitor Buyer Messages (Amazon)
Request reviews from customers you’ve provided customer service to (Amazon)
Answering Questions Asked (Amazon)
Commenting On A Positive/Negative Product Review (Amazon)
Replying To Positive Seller Feedback (Amazon)
Request reviews from customers who have left positive seller feedback (Amazon)
Dealing With Negative Seller Feedback (Amazon)
DAILY TASKS – SOCIAL MEDIA:
Check Support Group/ Sensory Deals Message and Member approval Requests
Check Customer Inquiry/ Messages on ManyChat
Send PM to new Group Member to welcome them and see how we can serve them
Community Forum Moderation (Facebook Group)
Engage with Social Media Post (Facebook Post) (Like, Comment, Share)
DAILY TASKS – GENERAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
Check Customer Inquiry/Email on Gorgias
WEEKLY TASKS:
FAQ sheet/ Response Template(Create a Document for frequently asked questions)
Research & contact potential partner for collaboration (Google/Hubspot)
Research & contact potential influencers for collaboration (Google/Hubspot)
Contact location-based research (Schools) and input to Hubspot School Outreach Sales Pipeline
Weekly Social Media Tasks for our show/podcast (Facebook/YouTube)
Customer Success Representative Requirements
1-year Customer Service, Sales, or Call Center experience in a remote office environment
Excellent proficiency in English (Both spoken and written).
Ability to plan and execute strategies independently that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Proficiency in Trello, Slack, Excel, Google, Office.
Proactive – Responsive to our daily communication

LakiKid is an in-house brand owned by SellerFuel company that helps kids with special learning needs like Autism, ADHD, and Sensory Processing Disorder by providing support, education, and products. It was created based on the founder’s experience of raising his son who has Autism and ADHD. We run an online support group with 1600+ parents, and have helped over 9K+ kids with our products since our inception in 2017, our products are also being used in 300+ Locations including NBA Arenas, Football and Baseball stadiums, aquariums, and zoos across the United States as part of KultureCity’s Sensory Inclusive Initiative program. We are working on launching an exciting new program called Sensory Inclusive Classroom, which takes the programs that we have in NBA stadiums to the classroom where kids can be successful in school as well through the inclusive environment.
