Job Description:
As a Customer Success Specialist at Kalicube, you will be responsible for implementing internal processes related to Brand SERP and Knowledge Panels, ensuring high client satisfaction and operational efficiency while focusing on accuracy and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional client support through email communication and video calls.
Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
Create and manage corroboration lists for clients and ensure accurate information and detailed records.
Conduct weekly client sanity checks, classify pages and update corroboration lists with meticulous attention to detail.
Expand entity footprints, develop and implement strategic plans with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
Perform client-specific tasks according to client needs, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with the team to improve client experiences and processes.
Build strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact.
Skills and Traits:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Process-oriented and able to follow guidelines
Empathetic and client-focused
Familiarity with Google Knowledge Panels and Brand SERP is a plus.

Work Arrangement: 100% remote, 40 hours a week
Starting Salary: €80/week, paid weekly
