JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and preferably fluent in at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian). You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services, fostering strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within Dr. Fasttrack.
– Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance, helping clients resolve any issues they encounter.
– User Experience Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve user experience.
– Solution-Oriented Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and a problem-solving mindset, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
– Health Sciences Insight: Utilize your knowledge of health sciences to better understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
– Fluency in 1 or more Scandinavian Language: Communicate effectively with Scandinavian-speaking clients, ensuring clear and precise understanding of their needs.
– Customer Success Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Requirements:
– Insight into HEALTH sciences, ideally with a degree or relevant experience in the field.
– Proficient in English; fluency in one or more SCANDINAVIAN languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish) is required.
– Empathy and Solution Orientation: Strong empathetic skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to customer service.
– Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and software.
– User Experience Knowledge: Familiarity with user experience principles and the ability to apply them to enhance customer satisfaction.
– Born in the 1990s: As part of our diverse team, we are looking for candidates born in the 1990s to bring their unique perspectives and insights.

Salary:
Up to $2,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
