Want to work for an Australian company during daytime hours?

We are looking for a Customer Success Superstar to join our team.

Our company helps people to sell their business and we are based in Australia.

So our normal working ours are 7-3pm Manila time.

Requirements
+ Have at least 2 years of Customer Success role experience
+ Fluent in English – both written for emails and spoken for phone calls
+ Online and available 7am to 3pm PHT time Monday – Friday (yes you’ll need to be online and available for this entire period – and no other engagement/s, no other clients)

What will you be doing?
+ Account management – reduce churn by proactively reaching out and calling clients to anticipate their needs or problems
+ New client onboarding – ensure new clients have the smoothest and shortest onboarding process possible
+ Respond to existing customer enquiries – email/phone. Educate and help customers achieve success by sharing new features we are releasing
+ Customer retention – provide monthly retention report and get retention to our retention from 90% to 95%
+ Upsell existing customers – new features or upgrades that might benefit them
+ Customer feedback – collect for weekly call to discuss good and bad. Send quarterly NPS score emails.
+ Collect customer testimonials – encourage satisfied customers to write reviews
+ Internal Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, liaising with the rest of the team
+ Prepare reports outlining customer status, concerns, and opportunities in weekly team call
+ Digital magazine – manage bookings and request ad copy to go in the magazine
+ Send invoices to clients that require them sent manually
+ Sales support – Create leads list for Sales and pass on opportunities that you see
+ Update the weekly KPI report
+Tech support – act as liaison between customer and IT manager to solve any tech problems for customers

About You
+ The #1 skill that you are AMAZING at is talking to people and helping solve their problems.
+ You are extremely tech-savvy and able to jump into any new tool or website with no training.
+ You have 2+ years of Customer Success experience. This is not the role for you if this is your first Customer Success position.
+ You enjoy working solo and uninterrupted.
