Want to work for an Australian company during daytime hours?

We are looking for a Customer Success Superstar to join our team.

I am based in Australia so you will be working normal hours of 9-5pm Manilla time.

Requirements
+ Fluent in English Written and spoken (5 star rating)
+ Is online and available 9am to 5pm PHT time Monday – Friday (yes you’ll need to be online and available for this entire period – and no other engagement/s, no other clients)
+ Have 2 years of customer support or social media experience

What will you be doing?
+ Customer service – replying to emails and live chat enquiries
+ Researching Online – finding lists, products and businesses online (this should be your number 1 passion and will be the biggest regular task)
+ Outreach – sending emails to prospective clients and podcasts to be on
+ Social Media – scheduling posts

We use ClickUp, Slack, Google Meet, Loom and Google Docs to manage tasks.

About You
+ The #1 skill that you are AMAZING at is problem solving. You are a logical thinker who finds a way to get it done, even in totally new situations.
+ You love researching and are able to find things online using Google quickly.
+ You are extremely tech-savvy and able to jump into any new tool or website with no training.
+ You have 2+ years of customer service or personal assistant experience. This is not the role for you if this is your first assistant position.
+ You enjoy working solo and uninterrupted.

About Us
+ I run a portfolio of companies but the main one will be a directory for buying and selling businesses.
+ I live in Australia so our working ours are pretty similar to standard Manila working hours.
