Job Description

We look for quality, talent, and ambition in our staff. We are looking for a bright individual who is motivated and eager to learn and fill an important role in our company. You will be working office hours at Mountain Daylight Time. (graveyard shifts for Filipinos)

Help customers import their current information into SQUAVA as quickly and painlessly as possible and become adept with the software.
Promptly and helpfully engage customers who have questions, suggestions, or problems with the software.
Create Help and Knowledge Base articles and videos

The candidate should have bookkeeping/accounting experience.
The candidate should be familiar with general business processes.
The candidate should be able to learn software quickly and be very familiar with spreadsheets and how to organize and manipulate data effectively.
The candidate should be organized and proactively set and manage expectations with staff and customers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field
Excellent Customer Service
Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude
Bookkeeping / Accounting experience
Proficient in Spreadsheets
Experience in customer support within any accounting software.
Very computer and software proficient
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Business management process experience is a plus

The successful candidate will be positive, personable, attentive to details, ambitious, helpful, and able to communicate and collaborate well. In addition, the candidate should be eager to work hard to learn and progress in their position, ideally with longer-term interests in opportunities to have more responsibility.

*** You will be required to take a spreadsheet and a bookkeeping/accounting assessment to be considered for this job.

This is a full-time position, but we will consider a 30-ish hour part-time position for an ideal candidate.
The candidate may have the option of working from home in an acceptable work environment without distractions and personal motivation to meet schedules and deadlines.
