Position:Customer Success Team Lead
Hours: Full-time (40+ hours per week)
Time-zone: U.S. Central Time (CST)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
A privately-held, venture-backed ecommerce startup based in the United States is looking to add a full-time Customer Success Team Lead. This teammate will provide support remotely from the Philippines during U.S. Central Standard Time.

ABOUT YOU:
Are you an ecommerce customer support wizard? Do you have experience at a fast-growing ecommerce startup? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Team Lead who will manage the customer experience (CX) and help customers design custom products. If you are someone who excels at problem-solving, has a knack for creativity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage and resolve around 25 customer support tickets per day using Gorgias and Shopify.
-Troubleshoot and escalate pressing issues to company leadership.
-Use Adobe Illustrator to help design custom products based on customer specifications.
-Collaborate with customers and the design team to ensure all designs meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge center and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Various strategic and ad-hoc projects (as needed)

REQUIREMENTS
-Proven experience in ecommerce customer experience (CX) or customer success (CS).
-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in ecommerce systems such as Shopify and Gorgias.
-Previous design or creative experience (or a desire to learn Adobe Illustrator).
-Experience in developing and maintaining knowledge centers and SOPs.
-Scrappy, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Extreme attention to detail and experience working with high-value clients.
-At least 5 years of experience with operations, customer success and/or client relations (ideally with U.S. client accounts)
-Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Bonus: You’ve supported an ecommerce startup before.
Bonus: You are an expert in the Gorgias CX platform.
Bonus: You are an expert in Adobe Illustrator.
