Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
– Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
– Bi-weekly All Team meetings
– Monthly reviews

About the Company

Join our team as a Customer Success VA and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for every client we serve.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and respond promptly to inbound customer calls and emails, ensuring no communication is missed.
– Secure client confirmations and ensure all services are booked/scheduled accurately.
– Make outbound phone call follow-ups to currently-booked customers (pre-moving day).
– Make post-moving day outbound phone call follow-ups to solicit Google Reviews.
– CRM management, including sending out thank you cards.
– Assist with social media campaigns and other promotional activities during slower call periods.
– Keep accurate records of tips and commissions during slower call periods.
Requirements:
– Highly-experienced in customer success or client-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in CRM management and software.
– Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
– Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
– Strong skills in managing social media platforms and executing marketing campaigns is a huge plus (but will be trained if not).
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
– $600-800 depending on experience
– 13th month pay
– Performance-based bonuses
– Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
– Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
