Job Title: Virtual Assistant to the Head of Coaching @ The Human Reach ()

The Human Reach is a premier provider of coaching services, dedicated to enhancing individual and organizational performance through high-quality, personalized coaching. We are seeking a diligent and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the Head of Coaching in managing and optimizing our coaching programs.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
– Assist the Head of Coaching with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and calendar coordination.
– Prepare and organize documents, presentations, research and reports as needed.

2. Client Coordination:
– Serve as a liaison between clients and the Head of Coaching, ensuring timely communication and addressing client inquiries through our Help Desk tickets, email, and phone within 24 business hours from receiving an inquiry/ticket.
– Schedule and manage coaching sessions, ensuring all logistics are in place for a seamless client experience.

3. Program Management:
– Support the development and implementation of coaching programs by coordinating schedules, resources, and materials.
– Assist in tracking program performance metrics and participant progress.

4. Content Support:
– Help create, edit, and update coaching materials, resources, and tools in collaboration with the Head of Coaching.
– Ensure all content is engaging, relevant, and tailored to the specific needs of clients.

5. Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with the coaching team to support various projects and initiatives.
– Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.

6. Continuous Improvement:
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in coaching and virtual assistance.
– Suggest and implement innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of coaching operations.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role with tenure at Companies for 2+ years. Job hoppers will not be considered.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work 9am – 5pm PST or EST

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in the coaching, personal development, recruitment and Human Resources. You must have this in order to be eligible for a higher pay-rate.
– Familiarity with content creation and editing.
– Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools.
