Sad Reality: People are buying overpriced essential oils and they are sitting on their shelves because they don’t know how to use them.

Responsibilities:
-Answer emails during your available time
-Answer incoming calls via the designated tool
-Branch out to other departments if necessary as Upskills will be frequent

Qualifications
-The candidate must possess a strong “CAN-DO” attitude
-Customer Service Oriented (Preferably with 2 or more years of experience)
-Can work with a team to meet targets
-Coachable and willing to be trained for performance
-Can work unsupervised with maximum results.
-Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

Hard skills: The Candidate must be at least familiar with the following tools:
Microsoft Office
Google Apps (Emails, Docs, Sheets)
