Job Description

We are looking for multiple applicants to join our remote marketing and sales team in order to on-board additional clients to generate more revenue!

We are focused on influencer marketing and providing services for social media content creators.

Requirements:

– Outgoing personality, high energy and enthusiasm required.

– Understanding of methods to build rapport with sales prospects including basic humour, understanding of sub-text, and Western English conversational nuance.

– Accurate & efficient typing and multitasking skills.

– Ability to use software and team management programs such as Telegram, Slack/ Notion, Excel/ Google Spreadsheets.

– Willingness to learn,,, to grow and to listen.

– Opportunity for multi-year employment.

– If consistently successful in the implementation of our sales strategies, there is opportunity to become a Sales Trainer/ Manager or a Team Leader.

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Proceed through our in-house training process.

– Study training materials, demonstrate and apply our processes and proven sales strategies.

– Communicate effectively to sales prospects.

– Build rapport with them and engage in sales conversations with them.

– Upsell and cross-sell various products according to the needs of the customer.

– Report your activities daily, tracking your hours and sales.

Qualifications:

– Demonstrated proficiency in English and understanding of Western Culture.

– Successful completion of a typing test, achieving minimum expected results.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Fast and consistent Wi-Fi/ internet connection.

– Dedicated home office/ workspace.

– Desire to be part of a growing, innovative and entrepreneurial team!

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM PHT

Compensation Plan: $3.00/hr + Commission + Daily Bonuses
