Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to handle a range of customer interactions, including emails, live chat, and occasional phone calls. The role involves assisting customers, resolving issues, and collaborating with our agents to ensure the timely processing of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through emails, live chat, and occasional phone calls.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
– Collaborate with our agents to ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
Use Intercom to manage customer interactions, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
– Document and track customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed.
– Adhere to established company policies and procedures.
– Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Familiarity with Intercom or other customer support software.
Previous customer support experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and capable of managing time effectively.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Availability to work 8 hours a day.
Additional Requirement:
