Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team who will be our customer care specialist.

As part of the team, you will:
– Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone call, online chat support, social networks and emails.
– Answer and troubleshoot customer inquiries about our products, their orders and liaise with the team and our fulfillment partners to resolve issues.
– Create documentation on problems/solutions discovered to be used by other team members in the future
– Collaborate with team members while working towards the shared goal of doing what’s best for customers
– Communicate courteously and professionally with customers (using correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.) to effectively convey possible solutions and educate customers on how best to use our products
– Other administrative / ad hoc support for the team

Ideally, you have some experience using the following platforms:
– G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
– MS Office
– Zendesk
– Asana
– Slack
– Shopify
– Amazon
– Zoom

We are a company that has an in-house development department and factories. We sell our products on Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, Walmart. We have teams based in China & US.

Having the right attitude, and mindset is very important to us as well. We need a team member who can work independently. Although you will be working remotely, we want you to feel like you’re part of the team, because you will be! Albeit our communication is mainly through video conferencing/calls/chats – we’ll make sure that you’re always in the loop!

We need someone:
– With a fast, reliable internet connection
– With fast, reliable personal computer/laptop/mobile phones with audio + video capabilities
– With great communication skills
– You can speak US English fluently and have no accent.
– You can problem solve and work independently
– Who works well with others and has a go-getter attitude!
– Available part or full-time (ideally can work flexi/evening hours to cater for different timezones)
