We are looking for a diligent and dedicated Customer Support Agent to provide quality support to our customers via emails/chat. You will need to be able to resolve customer issues in an efficient and professional manner and document customer interactions. We are looking for someone to work with in a long term position and ready to work full time for us as the company is growing.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer e-mails and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer problems by offering appropriate solutions and guiding them through the necessary processes.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Handle customer complaints in an efficient and friendly manner.
Collaborate with other team members to solve complex problems.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting expectations and exceeding service targets.
Requirements:
– BE DILIGENT AND DEDICATED AND WLLING TO WORK WELL
– Previous experience in customer service or similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
– Good knowledge of customer service and ticket management software.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good command of English, both oral and written.
– Availability to work 1 to 4 hours a day from Monday to Sunday between 9am and 6pm CEST time.
