The Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Support professional to join our global team. This role is perfect for someone who understands SEO, excels in communication, is genuinely interested in helping others, and has a knack for solving problems efficiently and effectively. Your primary mission will be to provide outstanding support to our users through email, chat, and phone, ensuring their Diib experience is exceptional.

Tasks in the Role:
Support Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM GMT+8.
Provide first-line support to users via email, chats, and phone calls.
Escalate complex issues to the Head of Support quickly.
Educate users on how to use Diib’s SEO analytics software.
Answer customers’ questions regarding the Diib SEO dashboard and SEO, in general.
Offer feedback to our developers and management teams to enhance user experience.
Suggest and implement improvements to current processes.
Undertake individual assignments from direct supervisors.
Stay updated on new processes, features, and industry knowledge.
Align personal performance with team and company goals.
Maintain effective internal communication with the Customer Support team and other departments.

Who We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in customer support roles, ideally within SEO and software industries.
Near-native English communication skills.
Are able to display proficiency in the use of either Semrush or Moz (required and will be tested).
Proven ability to solve problems quickly by paying attention to detail and conducting thorough research.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines autonomously.
Strong analytical abilities.
Independent worker with strong self-problem-solving skills.
