Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to become the first official employee of Mouldd, working closely with the founders. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed promptly and effectively. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to directly impact our customer relations and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Manage live chats on Shopify, promptly respond to customer emails, and actively engage with our community by liking comments and responding to messages on social media.

Standard Operating Procedures: Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer service to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all customers.

Operational Coordination: Liaise with our warehouse team to address any issues or changes to orders, ensuring a seamless flow of operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Feedback Management: Act as the critical link between our customers and the internal team, gathering and reporting real-time customer feedback, product requests, and sales data to facilitate informed decision-making and market adaptation.
