Job duties include:
– Working in our support ticket software, Intercom, to answer customer questions
– Providing introductory information about the product to new customers and customer leads
– Escalating questions or concerns to other members on the team to find appropriate solutions
– Documenting reported software bugs, product improvements, and feature requests for the engineering team
– Answering questions posted publicly in the customer community
