Customer Support Representative (Dropshipping Store, Denmark)
As a Customer Support Representative for our dropshipping store based in Denmark, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via email, utilizing pre-defined templates and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Communication:
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via email.
– Utilize pre-designed email templates to address common customer queries, such as order status, product information, shipping, and returns.
– Tailor responses to individual customer needs while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Order Management:
– Assist customers with order-related issues, including tracking, modifications, and cancellations.
– Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing and shipment.

Product Knowledge:
– Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products offered by our dropshipping store.
– Provide accurate information about product features, specifications, and availability to customers.
Issue Resolution:
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance, if necessary.
Customer Feedback:
– Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions to improve products and services.
– Contribute ideas for enhancing the customer experience and streamlining support processes.
Administrative Tasks:
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and cohesive customer support.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
