This is an amazing entry level situation delegating support tickets to our support team, and helping to report on results and monitor what they are doing. I’m looking for someone who wants to live their life, and do a job without a lot of interaction, just left alone and working mostly on their own.
No lengthy meetings. We’ll train you, we’ll answer your questions, but you can work on your own and enjoy your family and your life.
You MUST be able work nights your time, corresponding to daytime business hours in New York, USA. We work 8am – 10pm eastern time. You can work a shift within those hours such as 10am – 6pm. There are some weekend hours occasionally too.
Get US$450/week paid on . We are in business since 1997 and are here to stay!

You must be a college graduate in any event and have perfect English.
Most of the managers in our company started at positions like this, so there is room for promotion and you could end up in our traffic team, or retention or other. There is some sales, customer service, chat and other admin tasks
