This role will be a key part of shaping how we plan to take things up another notch delivering quality training services and support to our customers and trainers alike!
As Customer Support Administrator, you’re entrusted with ensuring our customers are provided with a professional, prompt and positive customer experience from start to finish – we want to be known as easy to deal with. You will be our director of first impressions and relied upon to deliver an exceptional service experience to our customers from start to finish. As Training Administrator your positive attitude, desire to help, attention to detail and actions will directly influence their decision to use our services.
Your key responsibilities will include;
– Proactively follow up enquiries, quotes, and enrolments – telephone, email, live chat
– Prepare formal quotes and proposals for potential new customers and nurture leads
– Accurately and consistently process data, student outcomes, invoicing, store course documents, and issue certification in a timely manner – don’t just enter data, understand what you are entering, cross-check, and ensure it is spot on
– Securely handle and store student and business records in a confidential manner – ensuring we can put our hands on any required document, at anytime
– Coordinating upcoming course and customer bookings (eg trainer allocations, venues, accommodation, catering etc)
– Work within a Customer Support team to achieve customer service benchmarks
– General office and administration duties

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following;
– 5 years of experience working in administration and customer service-related roles
– Excellent written & verbal English and confidence in speaking with a range of customers
– Proven sales experience and ability to nurture customer leads that convert into ongoing relationships
– Experience with CRM and project/task management systems (we use Tekmatix and Asana)
– Proven high-level communication skills including speaking fluent English, writing engaging professional emails, and responding to customers promptly
– Top-notch attention to detail accuracy – this is super important to us and something that we will test to make sure you bring extra value to our team!
– Proficiency across Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
– A team player who can work independently and also as part of a small team (we have other team members working offsite and at other locations so expect to use video conferencing on a daily basis)
– Is reliable, punctual, and reliable. Yes, we repeated ‘reliable’ because if we can’t count on you, then that will count you out
