Your day-to-day tasks would involve helping our customers with their orders, questions about our products, and order fulfillment. You may also provide feedback to our development team, cross-sell products, and give an overall positive impression of SaveLix (it’s not hard – we’re great!).

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product-related questions via email, chat, and phone.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Must be skilled in using computer programs and must be very comfortable with using any and all types of technology (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, etc)
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve support processes.
People-oriented organized and be able to work independently as well as with the team.

Requirements:
Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Eager to learn and take ownership of duties
Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) who works well with others
Efficient and well organized
Able to work remotely (from home), with team communications via Slack and Zoom
A fast typer and proficient with technology
Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, Clickup, and Slack is preferred
An understanding of e-commerce is a plus!
