Job Description

Hi there!

We are looking for an attentive, kind, and detail oriented person to help us with customer support inquiries over email, Facebook Messages, and Amazon.

We manufacture and sell cocktail syrups in the U.S., and the inquiries range from order tracking and damaged shipment notifications, to helping a customer log into their account to see how many awards points they have.

You will also be responsible for organizing all inquiries and reaching out to the correct team member when an inquiry requires additional attention to be resolved.

The job is part-time, and will require 1-2 hours of work per day. If you are available to work between the hours of 08:00-18:00 Central Standard Time that would be preferable. Otherwise the hours would need to be between 15:00-21:00 CST.

The pay is hourly starting at $10/hr

**Responsibilities**

– Understand and successfully implement typical responses to messages based on training and information we provide to you.
– Respond to customer messages via email, Facebook Messages, and Amazon Messages in a timely and professional manner.
– Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective and thoughtful replies.
– Organize, prioritize, and assign emails to other team members when necessary.
– Stay up-to-date on our products and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
– Complete all customer service inquiries within a 24 hour time frame.

**Requirements**

– Must have excellent written English communication skills.
– Candidates must be able and willing to do an interview over the phone.
– Patience and the ability to handle customer messages with empathy and tact.
– Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all questions asked by the customer are responded to appropriately.
– Adept on a computer and on the web, with the ability to navigate Shopify’s Customer tab and Shopify’s Orders tab as well as Amazon Seller Central’s Buyer Messages.
– Knowledge on how to use customer support platforms such as HelpDesk and Help Scout.
– You must have a reliable internet connection.
