Job Description

Join our fast growing company as a Customer Support Agent with English C1 language skills.

It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule: Wednesday to Friday, 06:00 PM – 02:30 AM CET and fixed Mon-Tue 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (other days – if necessary)

Your responsibilities:

– Answer calls and respond to customer’s questions
– Responding to all customer service emails (which are “tickets” in zoho)
– Creating gift cards when needed, and coordinating with staff to send the card out to customer
– Conduct in-depth Internet investigations
– Administer identity resolution processes to ensure the accuracy of the content
– Analysis of online content for any red-flag behaviors
– Compile quick and concise client reports
– Self-monitoring of required performance metrics
– Regular communication with product managers and team members to ensure high-quality products and client satisfaction

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

– Previous experience in customer support
– Needs to have English C1 writing and speaking;
– Understanding of the American culture and slang
– Experience and familiarity with a multitude of social networking sites
– Good computer skills;
– Exemplary time management skills
– Excellent writing and communication skills
– Strong analytical mindset
– Advanced attention to detail
– Ability to focus on one topic at length while sitting and using a computer for extended periods
– Capability to work both independently and as a productive team member
– Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent employee;
– Applicants are required to provide their own computer setup and high-speed internet access if working from home. In addition, we suggest the following equipment to be successful:
– Dual monitor setup (with one vertical monitor, if possible)
– 4GB+ RAM
– Webcam
