We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team and handle all open email tickets for our dropshipping store. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information.

Responsibilities:

Email Ticket Management:

Monitor and manage the customer service email inbox.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Handle all aspects of email communication, including order inquiries, product information, shipping details, and returns.

Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and provide solutions.
Ensure that customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the dropshipping store’s product catalog.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products to customers.
Stay informed about new product releases and updates.

Customer Communication:

Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner.
Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries and orders.
Provide proactive communication regarding any delays or issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

Document customer interactions and details of each case accurately.
Generate reports on common customer inquiries, feedback, and issues to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with e-commerce and dropshipping concepts.
